I saw a suggestion earlier. it gave me an idea.
If our population is getting bigger. Ill make the exp LOW. 95 45 45. Look at Demon Flyff , Celestia 1k players With very low rates. Y'know why? Because there is a CHALLENGE. So after 3-5 days of UP time or atleast hit 30players. Im gonna make it 95 45 45. The Slower they level. They get more EAGER to DONATE. Since getting stronger is hard. so i declare. NO Awake Donations. Are target is not to be like demon , celestia . Our Target is to be better than them.

Here's another reason to why they are so damn famous.
1st : They are players known from the original flyff that gatered to create Demon,the owner is a damn pr0 guy,proffesional staff,the players are the same,they have a large freakin' group of matured people.And they we're one of the 1st servers.Now in most comon days,low rates are hated,cuse everyone has experienced high rates.The new 1st servers had low rates like that and players like'd it,but time by time , more server with higher rates.The players that stayed from the begining stayed there,didn't want to change.And there's the question of bein' stable,helpful.I do not want to sound mean,but if you lower the rates,you either will need a good amount of professional team or just quit that idea.You'll mostly get Pinoys to play,and I've seen them play mostly high rate server.That's just my 10 cents on my opinion.
You should go play Demon and Celestia again to see the diference.
Another thing,in no way I see anyone here proffesional enough to a GM or admin,including myself.I don't wanna sound mean,but it's the truth there,Meego.
